Personal Fears is hiring a part-time Retail / Fulfillment Associate for our NYC shop.

We’re looking for someone reliable, organized, and good with people. The role includes helping customers on the sales floor, packing online orders, processing returns/exchanges, restocking inventory, keeping the shop clean, and supporting daily store operations.

Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, punctual, and comfortable working in a small independent brand environment. Retail, fulfillment, or jewelry experience is a plus, but not required.

MUST BE NEW YORK CITY RESIDENT

Location: Lower East Side, NYC

Schedule: Part-time

Pay: Based on experience
