Q: "Is Personal Fears jewelry hypoallergenic?"
A: Personal Fears ONLY makes hypoallergenic pieces. All of our jewelry is cast in surgical grade stainless steel, which is one of the best metal types for people who experience jewelry allergies (including rashes and redness).

Q: "I just ordered and didn't receive a confirmation email / tracking number?"
A: 99% of the time it will be in your junk folder. If it is not there, double check that the email you provided is correct.
Q: "I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?"
A: Absolutely! We just ask that you cover shipping to get it back to us. email us at email@example.com to let us know you're sending it back, and what new size to send out once we receive it.
Q: "I don't like what I ordered, can I have a refund?"
A: We offer cash refunds on any product found to be defective. If your product is not defective, and you still aren't pleased with it, we'll gladly offer store credit once you send it back to us!
Q: "Can I wear PF jewelry in the shower?"
A: YES. You can absolutely wear Personal Fears in the shower. But a word to the wise, when you wear jewelry in the shower every day it can build up soap scum and look a little dull after time. While this is an easy fix with cleaning, we recommend taking your stuff off so you don't even have to worry about it.
Q: "How long does shipping usually take?"
A: We're usually able to fulfill orders within 2-3 days. But during drops and holidays it can take up to 10 days. I know it seems like a long time during those periods, but we're a small team busting our asses! We appreciate the patience I swear. Here's a link to our more detailed shipping policy
Q: "My tracking says my package was delivered and it's not here!?"
A: Personal Fears releases all liability for shipped packages once a tracking number is provided, simply because we lose control of what is happening from that point forward. That being said, we recommend checking with neighbors, for real like 80% of the time thats where you'll find them. If not, file a report with your local USPS branch.
