Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?

Nope. It’s made from 316L stainless steel, so it won’t tarnish, rust, or turn your skin weird colors—ever.

What is the lifetime guarantee?

If it breaks, fades, or falls apart from normal wear: we’ll repair or replace it, for life. No drama.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These are generally made to order silver and sale items.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible (usually within 1 business day). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. note: drop dates take a lil longer.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both in the USA and overseas. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure wage-fairness and worker respect.

How much does shipping cost?

If you spend $100+ shipping is FREE - USA only. Otherwise shipping is a flat rate of $5 if you're in the Continental USA (some products may be excluded based on weight i.e. hoodies). If you are anywhere else, it is calculated based on your location and choice of carrier.

Why isn't discount code isn't working?

Some codes are only available on certain items. Some codes have expiration dates. Some codes are only available for one use. If you have a code that should be working no matter what i.e. email / text sign-up, contact us at support@personalfears.com

I placed an order and did not receive a confirmation email:

Most common is another email auto-populated during checkout. Check additional personal emails. Second most common is that the order did not actually go through. Check your card to see if the charge was placed.

My package says delivered but its not here:

This one sucks, cuz once we turn the package over to the carrier we can't do anything about it. We have ZERO control over anything that happens once its out of our hands. You gotta watch out for porch pirates.

My package tracking hasn't moved in a few days:

If tracking says "in transit" wait it out. If it stays stalled for more than 7 days, contact usps support.

If tracking says "waiting for package" and it's been more than 7 days, contact our support. That may be a scan-in issue.

Something is missing or wrong in my order:

A piece of jewelry broke:

LIFETIME WARRANTY BABY! If you have any issue with defective jewelry hit up support@personalfears.com - we will repair or replace your item free of charge.

How do I start a return / exchange?

email support@personalfears.com with your order number and issue. We'll guide you through the process all smooth and easy-like.

How long do I have for a refund?

We're sorry you don't like it :/ give us a chance to fix the issue!

All overseas orders are final sale.

How long does it take to get my money back?

As soon as we receive your return package you'll be issued an immediate refund. It may take multiple business days for the funds to be shown in your account.
