SHIPPING POLICY

PERSONAL FEARS RELEASES ALL LIABILITY OF PACKAGES ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS PROVIDED VIA EMAIL; FOR ALL ORDERS. IF YOUR ITEM IS LOST OR STOLEN DURING SHIPPING, WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 DAYS FOR ORDER PROCESSING, AND UP TO 7-10 DAYS DURING DROPS / HOLIDAYS. (UPDATED 11/22/21)

SHIPPING:

We offer multiple shipping options, including USPS & UPS, please read shipping options carefully and select the one that best suits your needs. Once your order is packed an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. Personal Fears cannot be responsible for items that are lost or stolen during transit. In this case, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking number to file a missing package claim with them.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / CUSTOMS:

We are happy to ship worldwide! 

The thing is, this comes with some complications you might not be aware of. One being international customs and/or duties fees, the other is shipping time which can range from 7-30 days. 

If you ship international using USPS, you will lose ability to track the package after it leaves American soil. If this is an issue for you, please ship using DHL. We will not track packages for you, and will defer you to the shipping provider.

Duties are costs associated with buying a product that's shipped from a different country. If you purchase a product outside of the United States, your local government may charge you an import fee in order to release your shipment. Personal Fears is not responsible for any customs / duties fees.

If an order is placed from any country outside of the United States, please be aware of your local import laws and fees, as Personal Fears will not accept returned goods because of an inability to pay duties. Personal Fears also releases all liability of packages once a tracking number is provided via email.

RETURNS / REFUNDS:

I HAVE AGREED TO THE EXPANDED RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOUND AT THIS LINK.

FEARS 925 PIECES ARE SUBJECT TO A DISTINCTIVE RETURN / REFUND POLICY SEPARATE FROM STANDARD PERSONAL FEARS PIECES. SINCE THIS LINE IS CRAFTED FROM PRECIOUS METALS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Personal Fears will gladly exchange any product found to be defective.

For size exchanges, we require that you purchase your own return postage.
